Shipping & Returns
Shipping If all items are in stock, they will generally ship within 24-48 hours from the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be filled on Monday.
Special Orders If some items have to be ordered, there will be a 2-4 week delay. You will receive an email advising you. In some cases the delay may be longer.
Product Errors If I have made an error in your order, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can decide on a mutually beneficial course of action.
Cancellations Special orders will be charged a 25% service charge if you need to cancel the order prior to shipping. If the order has shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. The 75% refund will be issued upon DuckOnly's receipt of the product(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns If you need to return an order please notify me within seven (7) days of receipt of the order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Defective product may receive a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued upon DuckOnly's receipt of the product(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
